In our parents' homes hangs a
number of portrays of our grandparents for us to recollect, but also of old
relatives that we hardly know anything about.
These old black and white images inspired us to design a collection of furniture. Some of the products
have direct references to the pictures, and some are more subtle.
What
all products have in common is that each one of them sends out something human,
as if they too are about to be photographed. Dressed up, still and in a solemn
pose.
